The CFL is an organization of women who volunteer
their time to help area cancer patients.
The CFL is always looking for wonderful and
dedicated ladies to join our efforts in helping
our community. If you are interested in becoming
a member of the league, which involves limited
financial and time commitments, please contact

Here’s what a few members have said being
a member of CFL has meant to them:
Sandra Bennett – "It has been an honor working with
such a wonderful group of ladies (members
of the Cancer Foundation League) and each
year I pray we raise more money than the
year before and help many more people. Remember
each day God gives us is a blessing and we
should never let a day go by without reaching
out and helping someone else."
Faith Gremillion – After delivering Christmas baskets to
3 cancer patients outside of Monroe, Faith
had these comments: "The final 50 miles
of my journey were spent thanking God for
all the blessings of my life... The blessings
I delivered were nil compared to those I
received that Friday before Christmas."
Sharon Scott – “This organization means so much to me.
It is such an honor to work with these fine
women and to be part of such a group. To
be involved with such a worthy, much needed
organization makes me feel good. I know that
I have made a difference in someone’s life."
