The unexpected loss of Theresa Marsala, President
of the Cancer Foundation League, was absolutely
heartbreaking. Theresa had worked tirelessly
and had contributed so much to the organization.
She was dedicated and devoted in every sense
of the word. It has been said that in every
cloud, there is a silver lining. It will
take our organization quite some time to
find the silver lining, but we all understand
that things work together for the common
good. The sudden loss of Theresa will impact
each of us for years to come. Her unwavering
spirit and strong commitment to the organization
will serve as a beacon as we continue to
serve the Cancer Foundation League. To express
our gratitude and appreciation to the Marsala
family, CFL has established the Theresa Marsala
Memorial Golf Tournament.
